Our approach to hiring is to offer creative ideas & advice on how to make the most of decorative props & therefore get the most out of your budget. From, the simple hire of a prop you take away, to a fully designed & styled wedding or event, we can guide you through!

If you know what you want & prefer to simply hire that is fine. Each hire is based on 3 or 4 days. Everything will be boxed up & labelled for collection & to be returned in our boxes, as on the pre-agreed day. Longer term hires are possible by agreement too, sometimes at no extra cost, but only if pre-agreed.
HIRE with DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Drop off of hired props to your venue is often more convenient. (For smaller hires or single item hires, it can be depending on how busy we are).
We regularly travel up to a radius of 50 miles of base at CotswoldsVintagePartyHire. We charge 50p per mile travelled, or £1 per mile travelled for larger van transport such as for vintage furniture hire and large floral installations. We do travel a lot further afield too!
HIRE with SETUP (& DRESS DOWN)
Let us take the stress out of setting up & dress down. Your venue may not give you access to set up until the morning of your wedding day, so we are happy to set up for you @ £35 per person per hour, with a minimum set up fee of £200 + mileage. We repack our items safely & take away. This is often over-looked but when breakages occur and takes longer than you think the day after!
CREATIVE, HIRE & SETUP
Designing, styling and setting up lets you sit back & enjoy the journey. With creative visuals & drawing on my design flair, we create a brief together to a budget and stage-set for a day. Prices are based on the brief & any additional items especially bought in. We dismantle, repack and take away, probably before you enjoy a leisurely breakfast your yesterday.
HIRING versus BUYING
Hiring as much as you can is a great way to stretch your wedding décor budget, as well as knowing you have larger quantities reserved for you, that you don’t have to find homes for later.
For example; large candelabra for table centre are expensive to buy & can easily use up your total budget, let alone what to do with them afterwards. Collecting from charity shops 12 months away seems a great idea but when you have a month to go & you are still short, causes unnecessary stress & panic buying
